We will implement human capital strategy integrated with our management strategy as a means of ensuring mutual growth for employees and SMFL, thereby realizing the management targets for 2030 and creating new value.
Our human capital strategy is founded on "motivation energy," which implies that the joy of society and our customers serves as the joy and motivation for us as individuals.In order to implement this human capital strategy and realize the "SMFL Way," we have formulated a human capital policy that defines SMFL's expectations for its employees and the value that we provide as a company.
A highly distinctive aspect of our Human Capital Policy is the relationship it presents between employees and SMFL, where each party elevates the other.Specifically, the Policy clearly defines SMFL's expectations for its employees and its vision of human resources, stating that professionals empowered by diversity reinforce and support each other to produce results as a team, and that each individual continues to take on new challenges.
