Digital Development Leaders

This position is responsible for in-house development of digital products utilizing emerging technologies such as AI and IoT. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of digital products and optimizing the development process, you will collaborate with business strategies, formulate technical strategies, and communicate with senior positions such as executives.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualities:

  • Those who have worked for a consulting firm.
  • Those with at least five years of project management experience in IT development.
  • Those who have a business mind (those who can create a business).
  • Those who understand digital technology.
  • Those who can apply the best technology solutions to their business.
  • Those who can build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Those who can involve and collaborate with all the members.
  • Those who are results-oriented and think outside the box.

Front End Engineer

This position is required to acquire the latest technology and operate in practice. You work with digital product owners to develop and test products based on requirements.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualities:

  • Language: Japanese is a must, but if your technical skills are high, you don't have to be fluent.
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Those who understand programming languages (those who understand interfaces and design patterns).
  • Those who know the meaning of various command lines of Git.
  • If you're good at something in Vue.JS, Angular or React.
    *Especially those who understand the behavior of development tools.
    *Even if you don't have the experience listed, there is no problem if we can decide that you can potentially obtain it after joining our company.

Server Side Engineer

This position is required to acquire the latest technology and operate in practice. You work with digital product owners to develop and test products based on requirements.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualities:

  • Language: Japanese is a must, but if your technical skills are high, you don't have to be fluent.
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Those who understand programming languages (those who understand interfaces and design patterns).
  • Those who know the meaning of various command lines of Git.
  • Those who understand DI and AOP concepts about the Spring framework.
  • Experienced developers of applications providing services on AWS.
  • If you have experience developing with MySQL.
  • If you have experience developing with Redis.
    *Even if you don't have the experience listed, there is no problem if we can decide that you can potentially obtain it after joining our company.
